So pleased with our recent service! This was the only company that got us a service appointment within a day or two of calling. The pricing was very reasonable. Richard came out in the estimated time frame and was professional and kind. He diagnosed the issue with our dryer quickly and fixed it the same day. We will definitely be reaching back out and asking for Richard if we need help with an appliance in the future.

Richard answered right away and came over the next day for a washing machine that kept being thrown off balance during a spin cycle. He recalibrated the washer and it’s now working good as new. I’m very happy with the service, results, and cost.
