The arrangement not at all what it was suppose to be . Did not work with me on making it right. Very poor customer service! ! Very rude !!
I called this florist today to request a floral delivery. We live out of state so I was delighted and very pleased with the service. I explained my urgency for the delivery to be made today and the florist was very cordial, helpful and sympathetic to my need. She was more than happy to send the order out right away. I would definitely contact them again in the future.
