I’ve come to Motor City Ink 3 times THIS YEAR and they’re always amazing. Most recently was yesterday when Nic created a Scarlet Witch tattoo for me! The details are incredible, and he did such an amazing job taking his time and making sure it was perfect. I’ve never seen another one like it and I’m now considering getting a matching Vision tattoo. I 100% recommend these guys if you want someone to take care of your skin and take pride in what they do!

Walked in on a Thursday… no appointment. Emily had openings for what I’m grateful.. came in to have a coverup, and ended with a sleeve!!!she is super nice! And very talented!!! I love my tattoos!!! And I’ll be coming back for more!!!! She is my to go tattoo artist!!!

I’m a US Army retired; combat wounded veteran. I have been living with burn scars since I was wounded on 21 Aug 2006. As I searched for an experienced Tattoo Artist who would not be hesitant to help me cover up visible scar tissue, and cover up tattoos that have been damaged by my burns- I was recommended to see Don at Motor City Ink LLC Tattoos. My two sessions with Don started and ended with an awesome and clean sleeve! The atmosphere of the shop is clean, professional and welcoming. Although I didn’t receive a tattoo from other tattoo artist in the shop, my occasional interaction with them was very pleasant- almost felt like home. I even observed the appreciation of other customers of the staff and their art work. As for the tattoo artist who worked on me-Don, his attention to client backstory, his incorporation of client design to balance the back story was beyond reproach. As Don’s canvas; I allowed him free reign of design and concept of my sleeve. Lastly, awesome job, awesome shop, awesome staff- Thank you Don!
