Amazing experience!! The owner Phillip is an outstanding artist. He took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. The shop has a vibe that makes you feel like family even when it's your first visit. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and professionalism that I experienced today. I am beyond impressed with the entire experience and recommend this spot for anyone looking for a long term relationship with great artists. I will be back to finish this sleeve ASAP. Great work Phil, I appreciate you brother! Shout out to Chelsea and Holly as well! Definitely got some very cool people on the Black water team.

Tried for a walk in with friends and got booked next day. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, talented and helpful. I 100% recommend Philip for any design with color. He was my artist and he left me with awe. They typically have a 100 deposit and base price on design, details and size at a reasonable cost. I did not realize such great artists live in town! I am definitely coming back for my next tattoo.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Phillip(shop owner) was so professional. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and my tattoo came out BEAUTIFUL. Atmosphere was great. His co-workers were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed everything about my appointment.
