First visit experience was phenomenal. She greeted me by name, which Ive never experienced with anyone as a first time customer. She was very informative of the use of other products prior to my brow wax as it could resulted in hair loss. Professionalism top tier. She welcomes you and makes you feel so relaxed. Mariah is a very well rounded and informative instructor! She held an eyebrow tinting class and when I tell you my confidence has skyrocketed because of how thorough she is. Book her for everything!
I was referred to Mariah by my daughter and let's just say, I'll be back. She was so sweet, professional, and exemplified great customer service. My brows has lasted 3 1/2 weeks now, with minimal fading. She did advise me that the ends of my eyebrows would fade first. I'm a side sleeper, so it was to be expected, but honestly, they are yet still holding on. lol They have lasted a lot longer than other eyebrow technicians I've visited in the past. She did a consult with me, and asked questions A-Z before proceeding her services on me. I have those "hit or miss" eyebrows.
