Valerie was awesome, super friendly and made improvements to my pain! The owner Catherine also took initiative to fix a problem we had, and she clearly cares alot about customers. She was very nice as well.
Have been meaning to leave a review for a couple of weeks! I absolutely loved my Sarga session with Catherine! I am a massage therapist and pretty active in the gym so I beat my body up pretty consistently. I was having a great deal of shoulder and hip pain, tightness in my back and my forearms and hands were like Popeye lol! Catherine provided a wonderful session that was the right amount of pressure along with therapeutic as well as relaxing! The space is beautiful and clean, and just makes you want to curl up with a blanket and relax! I can’t wait to go back for more Sarga and try the other amazing therapists there!!! Thank you Catherine!!
Valerie was a Godsend. She was knowledgeable, professional, a great listener and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend both her and Knead Therapy Massage and Bodywork. I can’t wait for my next appointment.
