Horrible do not go to this lady for any service yes the braids came out ok but she is the most unprofessional person and should not be touching anyone’s head.

Kiki is extremely rude when it comes down to operating a business on a professional level. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30AM, she didn’t arrive until 9:42AM, I texted her and received no communication that’s the least she could have did out of courtesy. She didn’t start my hair until 10:17AM. My hair was completed and I’m sitting for 15 plus minutes with my ends not completed. I asked a SIMPLE question about how much longer it would be and she proceeded to get a nasty attitude with me. After I asked my question, she proceeded to talk about with her other coworkers right in front of my face. I sent her the money via Zelle while I was waiting to finish getting ends curls, but she didn’t realize that because she was too busy gossiping about me because I let her know she was almost an hour late to starting my hair. As I’m at the door talking to her she told one of her braiders to lock me in, keep in mind I sent her the Zelle 10 mins ago but again she wasn’t aware because her focus was too busy on talking badly about me that she wasn’t even paying attention to the most important part which is remaining professional because you are a business owner. I have too much integrity to run out on a service that I still received despite the professionalism. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO COME HERE EITHER

I am a loyal customer here. Anytime I want braids, I go here. Last night I got my hair in small Knotless braids and they lady who did them did SO GOOD. The braids took a LONG time but she was dedicated and didn’t even stop to eat! Her poor back! ?? the braids were expensive bc of the length but I will be returning to give that braider a generous tip. Will update with pics!Thank you so much “Kiki the Best!”Services: Braids

Terrible, horrible experience and customer service. Notified the owner about my hair, she brushed it off and told me to come back and get it redone by the same person. No, if she cannot fix it right the first time then why would I want to go back to her a second time? Goddess braids look a mess!!

Sita is very unprofessional. She will quote you a price and when you get there it's more. She's never there on time. Very rude. She told me to go get edge control because my daughter hair was natural and she was not going to take nothing off the pricei took my daughter somewhere else and I love the braids and they whereVery nice and professional.

Sita, Integrity and Honestly are core values of great leadership. When you and your workers are not upfront and truthful with customers, it shows your lack of competence and character as a businesss owner. Do the right thing, from the beginning! It takes up to much time and effort when you are dishonest with your customers. Bottom line, let God be your guide, and if you cannot provide a service that acustomer is requesting, just tell the truth. ThanksService: Braids
