Henry has a wealth of knowledge about the function of each muscle in an exercise. His emphasis on form and reinforcing different muscular groups in each session has mad a big difference in my overall strength in a relatively short time. I am 75 and have many issues. I have been called by past trainers tge stiffest person they have ever encountered and yet the exercises Henry has me do in my sessions increase my flexibility as well as strength. I highly recommend Henry as a person trainer!Bill Hance

I went to Henry Cruz to learn more about techniques, form and new exercisers to shock my body in a different way. The experience was amazing because I could feel it working the targeted muscles were working each day and definitely felt it the next day too. Not only is Henry a great trainer, he’s also a professional with great manners, he is kind and respectful too. Our trainer Henry Cruz is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable, motivating, and continuously inspired us to achieve a healthier lifestyle. You will absolutely get the results you want to achieve with him. I would highly recommend Henry !!!!! He is extremely dedicated to his clients and very accommodating as well. If you want real results then he is the one to call. My husband and I are both so much stronger and so much more confident because of him.
