Horrible service. I will pay more money than to deal with this "make an appointment online" but it's not an appointment. I made an appointment for 7:30 to get a message when I was outside the establishment to have it cancel because they had too many walk-in's. I called that morning and asked about the time and I was told yes it will be fine. Total waste of time and all I needed is a DOT physical. Don't say that you take customers walking in until 8pm then say we have to be out the door at 8pm. Don't have people pic a time of arrival when it's not an appointment.

Went to the North Charleston office and was seen. Always get great care here! The billing office on the other hand is a joke. Different answer every time I call about my issue, no one knows what they are doing. Finally called with my insurance company on the phone still don't know what they're talking about, so I asked for a supervisor. She was very nice and hopefully a get my issue resolved. Will go somewhere else for care from now on though!

I get that misdiagnoses can happen- but- my husband was offered no other testing. We were seen together Sunday (myself for something different). Husband was told by physician that he had a "Granuloma" and was given antibiotics... offered absolutely no kind of testing, no blood tests, skin swab etc. Saw his PCM yesterday and it was definitely not a granuloma and was given orders for an ultrasound for Wednesday. Well now we are at the ER because it can't wait til tomorrow because whatever he has going on has gotten BAD. I'm leaving a bad review because he was offered no kind of testing. The physician was in the room for us for maybe 5 mins total (and that was to see both of us). She poked his stomach and said it was a granuloma and was FAST to say that. No feeling around the rest of the belly , no bloodwork to check for possible infections, absolutely nothing. My husband has mesh from an umbilical hernia and that's what the issue is- basically what I suspected from the start. Seems like a careless diagnosis to get us in and out. He can't bend over, can't even tie his shoe or sit normally. Now dealing with the ER which is the last place we want to be ! The redness has spread and it's red/purple now and LEAKING. It turned out to be an internal abcess that is connected to the hernia mesh ! If you bothered to take a ct scan or tell us that day to go to the ER for further testing, this could have been dealt with sooner ! And I'm so freaking glad I took him today before he went septic ! Thanks but no thanks, won't be returning here again. DO BETTER.

Delighted I visited the doctor--everyone was incredibly kind, and the staff made me feel at ease despite the frightening burn. I highly recommend them, and if you're with Cigna, they bill you later.

Went in to have my daughter seen, front staff was very nice and helpful. However, the lady in the back, she was wearing glasses, Curley reddish hair makeup all over her face, nurse or whoever she was, was VERY rude, how she spoke to my 9 year old daughter was unacceptable. My daughter was worried about getting swabbed in her nose and this lady told her " Do you see how many people i have waiting in the lobby?? And more are coming in, you HAVE to let me swab you" being VERY forceful, had my daughter in tears. I asked her if we could just swab her throat and check her ears, she got very snarky and said "yeah the provider" walked out shut the door and proceeded to tell staff in the back "we'll she won't let me swab her so i guess they're gonna have to wait" i sat there for almost 30 mins and waited for someone to come back in before we left. I will NOT be back.

Staff was really nice and friendly. We were in and out relatively quickly - within an hour. The doctor even called to follow up on my son later on that night which was pleasantly surprising.

Upon arrival a receptionist offered to check me in, provided me with the necessary forms to complete and advised me someone would be with me soon. I arrived around around 1045 am and was seen within 45 minutes. The place was crowded but things moved along fairly quickly. The Interior was clean and neat. My feedback would be to separate the chairs in the waiting area a bit more, people are obviously not feeling well and don't want to sit elbow to elbow. They have masks available at the front desk. FYI The doctor was to the point, seemed interested in helping and I was in and out without much fuss. I would return but hope that I don't have to! I believe they open at 8:00 and overheard that they offer a checkin from home option. (Might save you some time.)

Waiting room was standing room only. They were moving patients through like herds of cattle. No compassion. I went in for cold symptoms and got tested for COVID, Flu, and Strep. Within 2 minutes (I was listening to music and did not get to finish one song) of leaving the room with my swabs they came back and told me I was negative for everything. That seemed very fast to me (I'm in the medical field and run these tests myself in rural hospitals and clinics). I stopped by the pharmacy on my way home and got some at home COVID tests. I tested myself as soon as I returned home and got 2 positive COVID tests not even an hour after leaving this urgent care. If I hadn't tested myself and trusted them I would have returned to work potentially exposing dozens of patients. I would never return here.
