They were able to squeeze my Dakota in when I thought he was having a hard time breathing from chewing on rib bones. They were friendly from the minute I walked through the door. There was no backlash from giving Dakota the bone, there was only concern for helping Dakota.
The staff is so welcoming and nice. They make me feel incredibly comfortable when I have questions and treat my babies so well. They always take what is normally a stressful experience for me and my puppies and make it calming, welcoming, and simple. I am so blessed to have found this vet and can’t imagine more trusting, capable people to work with my babies.
They are beyond compassionate. We had to put our family dog down. I went in my wife’s place. My wife and children are grateful for the respect you gave to Kingsley. I am beyond grateful for you all.
