Neil came out because we had water flowing into our house drain for 35 days and he immediately went to the source. The Thermal Expansion Valve failed and he had the new one over-nighted to him the next day. Before he left, he consulted with us about the water heater being 8 years old and it DID NOT have an expansion tank, so we decided to install a new water heater with expansion tank and all is good. I would Highly recommended Neil for simple to major plumbing repairs. Professional, friendly and knowlegable.

Working with Neal was incredible from start to finish, the word 'Pro' is in the name and it shows. He was an absolute professional in every way possible. He was communicative, on time, up front about the work, and transparent with pricing.
Neal installed a new water heater, replaced a broken hose bib, and repaired a cracked irrigation system pipe in an afternoon and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Neal came out yesterday and replaced my water heater. He was professional, personable, and insisted on top quality work. I had the pleasure of his company as he worked and discovered that he has and will continue to refuse work where a low standard is requested or expected. His work when completed was extremely well done. I don't know about you, but these are the results I want and he is the plumber I want to do work for me.
