I had the most amazing experience at [Diamond Nails @Nexton]! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The space is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming atmosphere—it felt like a mini getaway.
Amy my nail tech was an absolute artist! She paid such close attention to detail, making sure every nail was shaped perfectly and the polish was flawless. I showed her an inspo photo and she nailed it—literally! ?✨ The massage and warm towel treatment at the end were such a nice touch.
They were understaffed, but able to accommodate two walk-ins for gel manicures. The day of the nails looked great and we were both really happy. The service was nice and the lady who did my nails was very nice. The two stars comes in because I had the nails done on Monday and by Thursday they were chipping. By the following Monday I had to put push on nails over several of the gel nails because the polish had chipped off. I paid the money with the intent for the gel to last at least two weeks. I was on vacation and am not from the area, otherwise I would go back and ask them to fix them. Overall the place was clean and the staff friendly, but when you are paying that... read full review
