This was our first time seeing Dr. Cook and the experience was amazing as always. Dr. Mack and Dr. Cook and just the entire staff are great! We have ended up with two unexpected cats in the past year, plus we bring our other cat and dog to Coastal Creek. I feel like we've been to so many vet offices around town over the years and I finally found a vet that we will continue to go to for years to come. I appreciate that no matter how small the concerns may be, the doctors and staff are always helpful! They are so good with our pets!
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The tech was so nice especially to my toddler and kept her busy while Dr Cook helped me with the dog. Dr Cook was so gentle with my nervous dog and really listened to my concerns and helped me come up with solutions to help him. It was one of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had!
Dr.Mack is the best around! I’ve known her since before she became the amazing doctor she is today and her compassion and care is unmatched. Coastal Creek also has very fair pricing which is crucial in this time. I won’t go anywhere else!
