Scheduling the service was seamless with same week availability! The representative that scheduled the service was polite and made me feel like I was making the right choice!!
The technician,Darius, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable! He did an amazing job and also provided possible solutions for a hard to pull up “putty” stain! He listened to our carpet care needs as parents of younger children and advised accordingly!!
I have been doing business with Clean Masters for over 14 years. They did an amazing job on my carpets today. Darius is always pleasant and professional. So was his assistant James. Very polite and made sure I was happy with their service. I highly recommend this company. My carpets look new again and smells great. Great job guys .
