We had a water heater burst in our downstairs storage closet and Andrew and team were here within an hour of calling. They immediately started the drying process and removing affected wood flooring. They setup fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the area and performed daily moisture checks to ensure the problem was resolved. Their quick response helped prevent any furniture damage. After the drying process, they removed all the flooring and then the team came in and packed everything and carried out the furniture to store in their warehouse. I hate to admit it but my filthy porch cushions had not been cleaned in at least 3 years. I was desperate. My dry cleaner suggested Clean Masters. I called them and told them what I had. They gave me a quote right over the phone and told me how long it would take. I delivered them to Clean Masters where they advised that the task at hand would be difficult.
