We had a wonderful experience! Our technician,Kent, was professional, polite, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was great, Kent arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. We had both our carpets and couch cleaned, and the results were fantastic. Everything looks fresh, clean, and feels like new again. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers.
