Joe has been prompt, thorough in his work and reasonable on fees. He has been able to kill and remove a particularly nasty virus, and handled several other issues with my laptops over the past 3 years or so. He is also a genuinely nice guy to work with, he is patient with questions and teaches if you're interested in learning more about how our toys work - or don't work :-)
