He coaches in an uplifting way and challenges you to grow while also making you smile.. He lets me be me and answers all the questions in a timely way and never made me feel silly for asking. Excellent customized plans for any fitness level! Weekly checkins to assess our journey to make any necessary adjustments to the program. I absolutely love his weightlifting plan and the meal plan is great. Bo Knows!
