This is where it's with fixing broken devices etc. And, the customer service is probably one of the best I have ever dealt with. BBS Computers went ober and beyond to get a virus off my computer. Geek squad charged me - they did try - BUT, they did not fix or remove the virus, BBS saved the day but also the expense of a new computer. I had given and was going to just another PC.
