This is the second time we’ve used All Star. Each experience was great. Most recently, they were able to help quickly with an emergency and get the problem resolved with quality work. We really appreciate their professionalism and quickness in getting our air conditioning fixed in the middle of summer.
Austin was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the system and the repair that was needed. I appreciated the details and explanation as I am not a pro in AC units. He was able to provide me several options to resolve the issue and improve my system, however at no point was he pushy or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Austin was also able to advocate for me with the warranty company who ended up covering the costs of the repairs. If I needed work done with my AC or ductwork in the future I would most definitely use their services again. All around great to work with!
Ostin was a huge help. He identified the actual problem instead of quick fixes that a few other companies had tried before. He was knowledgeable, responded quickly and handled things in a professional manor. I definitely recommend.
