If you’re looking for a true authentic experience this is your place. I reached out last minute due to shipping delay, needing my dress altered. The process was explained thoroughly, she had patience with me around my concerns and my expectations of the dress, and most of all I felt like a long time friend (even though this was my first time, true customer service ) . I couldn’t ask for a better service! My dress was ready 3 days later and fit like a glove. I will forever refer this location and will definitely return!
I have used them before to alter clothes for my granddaughter. My recent trip was for alterations to a sports coat and a full suit. Unfortunately my husband thought the quoted price to take up the sleeves on the sports coat was too expensive and decided to check a different place
I got my wedding and reception dress altered here and they did such a fantastic job !! I’ve never had anything altered before and was kind of anxious about the process and they were so helpful and honest and I really appreciated it ! I’m going to tell everyone I know that needs alterations to come here! The dresses came out amazing !
