If the “restoration” part of the business includes restoring the neighborhood peace after speeding through it like a Fast & Furious audition, then mission not accomplished. A truck marked “1st Class Painting and Restoration” tore through our streets like it was late for a NASCAR race, zero regard for kids, pets, or basic safety. If their driving is any reflection of their professionalism, I’d keep looking. “1st class”? More like no class.

Just to begin, I 100 percent recommend 1st Class. As a new construction manager, you can imagine my reluctance to remodel a 22 year old home and even begin to be happy with the results. Mr Welch and his team did just that, gave us something to be proud of. From the initial meeting, to design appointments, to follow ups, we could jot be any happier. They had the vision and the ability to complete the job and give a home that we have fallen in love with again.
