Their brow work is excellent the only thing that bothered me most was the atmosphere and by that I mean the music. The music they play is very explicit. I miss the days when places like this would just play spa music.

The wisdom, knowledge and the patience that they have is unmatched. They're so genuine and they truly want you to succeed. Editing to say Zen has started doing facials. Had one today with Mai Sue. She did a great job, very relaxing with some upper body massage as well. I have sensitive skin so she listened to what my skin was telling her and gave me a soothing hydrating facial. Definitely recommend.I'm a low maintenance person, always kept neat natural eyebrows. I had them done professionally once and I was missing like half the brow and they looked like someone else's eyebrows. After that I let them grow in for a long time and just kind of made sure there were 2.I called Zen on a whim and set an appointment with Sophea for a brow Wax. This woman knows what she's doing. She restored my eyebrows to what they were before all that mess and years of neglect. I will definitely be back. Thank you! My eyebrows are short and thin. I signed up for the Henna eyebrow session. I went into this experience with hopeful thoughts. I did not think I would come out of this process with Instagram worthy eyebrows!!! Sophea was welcoming and kind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!

I love Kelly!! She does my eyebrows so perfect that I can go long before I go back, she makes it perfect shaped and so natural. The place is nice and clean and the girls are very nice too. Recommended for sure.
