Been a customer of Wilkins’ for many years and they always provide top notch service coupled with a huge measure of courtesy and kindness. Yeah, cheaper places can be found online but you can’t beat good old fashioned customer service from a family owned business with deep roots in the community.

The young lady who checked me in was so pleasant and helpful, both on the phone and in person. She is amazing! Dr. Hicks was professional and listened to my eye issues, offering useful tips. I received my glasses the next day, and I love them! They look great, were reasonably priced, and I can see well with them. The service from the staff was outstanding, far better than any other eye doctor I've visited in Spartanburg. I will definitely return to Wilkins!
