The young lady who checked me in was so pleasant and helpful, both on the phone and in person. She is amazing! Dr. Hicks was professional and listened to my eye issues, offering useful tips. I received my glasses the next day, and I love them! They look great, were reasonably priced, and I can see well with them. The service from the staff was outstanding, far better than any other eye doctor I've visited in Spartanburg. I will definitely return to Wilkins!

Wonderful and helpful staff! My son had a dilemma. He is a lineman working far from home and lost his contact. He didn’t have any extra with him. I called and spoke with Karen and she jump right on it and found him a sample. Thank you Karen! You are a life saver. I highly recommend Wilkins’ Opticians

Staff was extremely patient with a very particular customer. Customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly and very professional and helpful, in helping me select the right frame.
