Tiffany is amazing. She took the time to fix my glasses while my son was fitting. She was kind, warm, empathetic; Everything i needed in an optometrist/eye glass servicer. Tiffany, thank you for being kind to two women and their baby boy (lgbyq/ivf family)!

Early March 2019 I made a very last-minute appointment after losing my last contact lens and postponing an optometry appointment until literally it was a necessity. Usually I go to the Walmart Vision Center at Dorman Center but they had left for the day and when I called hillcrest walmart the receptionist could not have been more helpful or polite. She explained they were full for the day but if something came up she would let me know. 20 minutes later she calls me on her break to tell me the dr said I could come in after his last appointment and he would make time to see me.
