I’ve been working with this Spartanburg branch since 2022 and never had a problem over many rentals. Couple weeks ago there was a mix up with a different office and I had rented equipment at a different branch. I didn’t realize it until the morning I needed to pick it up. Tanner worked quickly to make sure I had a piece of equipment from this location so my rental wasn’t a loss for that day. Excellent service at this location.

The first call resulted in the employee securing the incorrect lift requested, what I wanted they did not have. Had to call back on the reservation and get it changed. Then onsite the equipment performed very bad and our guys still had to end up sharing a lift, working off ladders, or using another one when available due to this ones non-performance.

Jun 2025

I had been trying to rent a 3 ton dump truck for a couple weeks, it is extremely hard to get one still due to storm cleanup. Michael worked with me to get ahold of one. Just happened that one became available and he called me right away. This extremely diligent associate didn't miss the mark on this one, United Rentals is gonna be advertised all over due to their help with this project. So greatful for Michael, and I would tell anyone to call United Rentals Sun&Sand Rd Spartanburg. It's been difficult still getting things back together since the storm, but United Rentals and Michael cares. Professional diligent, and its appreciated!!!
