Oates Construction is a long standing solid company. Over twenty years ago they built a commercial warehouse facility for my partners and me and the structures have certainly stood the test of time! Anytime we have an issue, usually caused by our tenants, Oates is there to offer advice on repairs and make those repairs in a very timely manner.
