I love this gym, although it is Christian based. When I initially signed up, I thought that religion was going to be pushed in my face at every turn, however, very subtle with that aspect. I chose the facility because it's one that my health insurance pays for, and it's 24hrs. The facility is always super clean and well maintained. There are ample machines to use to do a variety of different types of workouts. They have a heated pool, underwater treadmill, and a hot tub. There is also a sauna is the locker rooms and 4 showers. Great space, clean equipment. Recently got new equipment as well. Have multiple cable machines, a decline bench, and plenty of space to move. Daycare to watch kiddos for a minute while you lift. Shakes before you leave are good too.

It's clean, has lots of different kinds of machines, and their locker rooms are clean and nice. Love their swimming pool, and the woman's shower has a sauna. The price is good too.
