About Real Floors Greenville
Real Floors Greenville receives high praise for its helpful and friendly office staff, who are quick to assist with scheduling and questions. The local team, including an amazing account rep and skilled installers, ensures successful working relationships by meeting needs, even with short notice, and completing installations on time and correctly in both vacant and occupied apartments. They provide exemplary service to residents. For truckers, the location is shared with a recycling place; pull to the back, call the number on the door for loading, then go to another location about 5 miles away for bills, accessible via exit 3 due to construction.
I wanted give a shout out to two people in particular that work at this office, Jess and Sam. Every time I call in they are both super helpful and friendly to interact with, quick to help with scheduling and if there’s any questions they’re always happy to help! 10/10
We are go glad to have such a successful working relationship with our local Real Floors team. Connor Redwine is an amazing account rep and always makes sure that our needs are met, even when we cannot provide much notice. Mayo and the team of installers do a great job in both our vacant and occupied apartments, ensuring that the install is completed on time and is correct the first time, taking extra care to provide our residents with exemplary service. Thanks so much to the team at Real Floors for keeping our community looking great!
Real Floors shares this location with the recycling place. If you're a trucker, pull into the lot and go to the back. There's a number on the door to call and have the guy come load you. Once he's done he will give you an address to another location that's roughly 5 miles away to get your bills. Scale when you arrive there, swing around and go inside for your bills. Only annoying part is that the place for the bills is around all the construction off the 85 business loop, so you need to take exit 3, turn left and get to it from that direction. I messed up exiting back to the business loop so I'm no help there lol
