Lindin Design just completed a bathroom remodel. Ivan was great. Even though he couldn't speak English he made a way to communicate and all our concerns were addressed. He was not messy and when he left, you could use the room next to the remodel. One word of advice, know exactly what you want when the project starts. Beginning next year we hope to have them back for our floor remodel. Just waiting on our splash guard for our sink then the job will be really complete. Robert and Emily.
Not sure what all happened to their reviews. But they were like at a 4.7 or 4.8 before the reviews got erased? These guys designed and remodeled my kitchen. After going through a few contractors for design work, these guys were the only ones that mocked up a design that worked. After receiving a quote from them, I spent the next month and a half unsuccessfully trying to find another contractor to beat it. These guys are legit. They clearly have a bunch of experience doing this. I would have saved myself the time if I outright hired them for everything instead of price hunting.
It has now been over a year since Alex and his team put in a kitchen, closet, and shower glass in our basement and we are so far still loving all of it. Everything seems to be holding up very well and the in-laws are still loving their space. Only minor complaints I would have regarding our project would be better communication when they would show up to work and the project did take a little longer than quoted time (which Covid supply chain may have had a little to do with that one). Either way, very happy with their work overall, 5-stars.
