Called them on a Sunday morning after ac stopped working on Sunday afternoon, company assigned by my homeowners warranty never responded to their dispatch work order within their listed business hours which included weekends. I was able to reach the Priority Heating & Air on call tech and was able to schedule a visit within 2 hours of the call. Repair was made promptly and unit is back an working. This is the 2nd time in 4 years I have used to Priority to handle a warranty claim the assigned companies never responded to. Great job and response by their tech James!!!!
I typically use a different hvac company but the company I usually use didn’t offer the amount of financing I needed. Priority was my second choice. I needed a total system replacement for my home. I honestly expected the job to take a week but thankfully it was finished in two days. Jesse was excellent in explaining everything that was going on & made sure I understood how to use my new system. All the workers were great too. I am very impressed by the work & customer service I received.
Priority did a great job from the appointment setting to the final repair. There was a hiccup with ordering and shipping parts. But I would say that was on Samsung HVAC side. But I do appreciate everyone, Priority and Samsung, who was involved with getting that taken care of. Our tech (Doug) came out today and within an hour was done. He explained everything and showed me the part afterwards. And we had a great quick conversation afterwards.
