I am completely satisfied with today’s visit, because of every single person there. From when we checked in they were very polite and even spoke fluent Spanish as well. To when we got to the cleaning part, they were very patient with my child, and just happy people all around. I trust them enough to go back and to recommend to anyone with young children who need a great dentist.

Today 06/10/2026 I took my child back up to this dentist and the lady said they was behind and they dentist was about to leave for lunch so I would haft to come back to have something as simple as having my child’s spacer adjusted just shows that a 7 year old is not important enough by the way the spacer is digging into her gum and making it to where she can’t eat so I hope the dentist has a great lunch. I will be looking for a different place to take my children I do not recommend this place at all.

My son Anthony had a wonderful experience. We are excited to be apart of the cavity free club. His dad is really proud of how well he has been taking care of his teeth. We go to the gaffney location.

We have been coming here for 7 years. My child has special needs and so going to the dentist is NOT a fun experience. However, everyone is always so kind and understanding towards my son. Definitely recommend especially for special needs families.

Always a great experience. Nice, clean waiting area. Comfortable modern seating. Free wifi. Office desk area with charger device area. TV with entertainment for the kids as well as interactive play toys. Hand sanitizer and public restroom in waiting area.

We had such a great experience today with Dr. Jensen. My 4-year-old daughter had a procedure done, and the entire staff was so patient, kind, and reassuring from start to finish. They made her feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that helped ease both of our nerves. The dentist and assistants were amazing with her, and she left smiling and feeling proud. So thankful for such a caring team — highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful pediatric dentist!

Dr. Jensen Turner took great care of my son. I’ve had multiple visits and was very nervous about a procedure my son had to get done and he made sure that I understood the treatment plan and didn’t push for anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He was so kind and Gentle with my boy and treated him with care . Thank You 🙏 Dr. Jensen.

Disappointed in services. On a previous trip to have 3 fillings done, I had to pay up front before they done any work on my daughter. After paying and getting her back, they do 2 of the 3 and say they will have to reschedule the 3rd. I had already paid in full for the service, but on the return trip they are rebilling me for the nitrous. The reschedule was on them and I discussed the nitrous charges with the nurses on the previous trip and I was assured that I would owe nothing further. Now on this trip, they are forcing me to pay again before they will finish the work that has already been paid for. Will be reporting these charges as well with the state dental board.
