I have never had anything but a good massage at this location. I have a very physical job and need regular, deep tissue massage just to be able to function normally without pain. I have never been disappointed with the therapists at this location. I've seen Dwyane, James and Ben in the past and they have always been excellent. However, I recently started seeing a new therapist who has the exact technique style that works with my body perfectly. Every therapist has different techniques and every client's muscles with respond differently to these. I need a more targeted, trigger point type of massage rather than broad the strokes that work great on others.... read full review

Everyone at the front desk has amazing customer service! I have been goi onto Connie for years. She is knowledgeable, kind, gentle but at the same time, awesome at working out stress points. I always leave feeling so much better than I arrive.

We're regulars at Massage Envy but just moved to Spartanburg County late last year. Today was our second visit to this location and my first session with Jean. I felt obliged to name her because her attention to my focus areas was spot-on. The young man at the counter, whose name i didn't get, was polite and professional, and had a fantastic sense of humor. Thank you, young man and Jean for a great experience.
