“I received a hair cut from Caroline and I just want to say how amazing she is and the cut was! I walked in as soon as they opened and she was very welcoming and kind. She was very great at keeping conversation too. One thing I’d say was much different in my experience compared to other stylists I’ve been to in other salons is that there was no drama/passive aggressiveness. It sounds silly but I can’t even express how many times I’ve walked into a salon and the stylist is itching for tea. It was a genuine experience with a genuine person. Now that’s the conversation.

I asked a couple of questions like how long she’s been cutting hair for and she also shared what made her passionate to begin. I’ve had too many bad experiences with unqualified stylists so I was nervous but had much hope. By the time she finished I was honestly surprised. With only 2 years under her belt, she did an incredible job and I feel so great. I’m very very picky with my hair but she did exactly what I wanted. I can only imagine where she will be in 5 years from now.

“This store is always kind and accommodating to my mom. She's in a wheelchair and has a hard time with direct speech. Instead of talking to me for information, they always address her and ask her opinions.
They always do a really good job on her hair and take the time to blow hair off of her wheelchair, too!
There are places much closer to where she lives, but we always return to this location!“

And when I do, I've not been to one of these anywhere in this town that has the same staff when I decide to get a haircut. Not sure why the people always look different. It doesn't matter to me. Anyway, most of them do a good job and they have a record of the last cut there and they can do the same thing if you liked it before.
