These guys are always very through. They first tell you what they will be looking then go over everything that they checked and finally send you a list of all these items. Highly recommend.
the service techs that came out were very courteous and went to work checking things out. Came back in after checking out unit. told me of some things that may cause problems in future but where still working. we ( My wife and myself) decide to go ahead and take care of it now if they could. Techs had the parts and took care of problem. Davis is the BEST!
Yesterday we had the pleasure of having Mike and Jay work on installing a new Lennox heat pump at our home. They did a FANTASTIC job!! Mike was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly; he is certainly an asset to Davis Services as his expertise is amazing! He even called today to follow up if the unit was operating to the highest standards. Mike and Jay worked so diligently and professionally to provide us great customer service, and we would recommend them to any of our friends and relatives!
