Had a great experience. Friendly and professional staff from service writers to the mechanic who worked on my truck. Was in at 830am to get a repair done that happened that morning and my truck was ready to go at 1215pm. Yeah it stinks to have to pay for an unexpected expense but they provided an exceptional service and made a bad day better getting me on the road as quick as they did.
Just got done delivering, check engine light came on. Search truck repair in GPS. Carolina truck repair pop up. Bend a couple corners and I arrive. Told them what I needed the man behind the counter offered me snacks and some water. He offered me the comfortable couch. Slept for 2hrs talk for five truck was fixed. Started mother trucking. Thanks for keeping my wheels turning.
We have a Class A Newmar Ventana Motor Coach. We needed service and went to a Freightliner Service center in Gaffney SC where I was told we would be worked in. Didn’t happen. My wife called Carolina Truck Care in Spartanburg, SC and asked if they could do the 45 thousand mile service. They said yes, bring it in and we will make it happen today. Sandy, the service advisor got us in almost immediately, told us a great place to eat BBQ and they were working on it when we got back from lunch.
