    I highly recommend this salon. I have never been disappointed. Maggie did an amazing job on my cut! I think each stylist at Bloom is committed to making sure each customer is heard and satisfied with whatever the service may be. I feel like I should mention... Shay used to be my stylist- she is no longer at Bloom but she is awesome. However, I expressed this to Maggie and she really made me feel at ease. Also it is amazing they offer other services. I'm trying the chemical peel tomorrow!

    I want to add that Maggie went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the cut. Thank you Maggie! See you next time.

    I love how Emily took her time with my haircut and blow-dry. I also love my curtain bangs. The way she cut and styled my hair was like a work of art. I don't usually get my hair done, but sitting in that shampoo bowl made me feel fantastic. Walking a few miles and having a great haircut experience today is my perfect self-care day. I highly recommend 😊

    I had to get a color correction and recolor after trying an at home treatment. Izzy is incredible. She was easy to talk to, and it is obvious that she shows great attention and care to detail. My hair and cut looks great. She was informative and graciously answered every question I had about my hair and what she was doing with it. All around great experience and I will be back!

    I debated leaving this review, but I feel like it is important to give people a heads up if they are looking into booking with this salon.
    I unexpectedly had to find a new stylist to do my extension services (which I understand is a luxury service and normally cost more than other services) I was booked and scheduled over the phone, Then bombarded with emails and text about signing their salon agreement. They were very persistent about signing this form (your appointment will be canceled if you don’t sign ahead of time) and it was a bit of a turn off before ever even getting to the salon.
    When I sat down at the chair, the stylist and I went over the reinstall process, And she began getting to work. At no point before our appointment or during the consultation was pricing ever discussed. I will take partial responsibility for not asking, but like I said, I am used to paying fairly high prices for my service. When we were almost done with my move up, I finally asked about their pricing and was very shocked To hear that they charge $200 per row to move up extensions.
    I have been wearing extensions for close to four years and never have I paid prices even close to that. I ended up being charged $400 for a service that took less than two hours to complete. I feel like this salon should have been more transparent with their pricing upfront, especially offering luxury services like they do.
    The service quality was average and most of the appointment was silent and a little awkward. When she was finished with my move up I wasn’t even offered to have my hair styled/ curled Which was a little shocking since that is normally included with a service like this (Especially at this price point). I paid for the service and left a tip for the stylist as she did do a decent job and pricing is not determined by her..
    Overall, I was highly disappointed the value and with my experience here and will Not be coming back

    Shea is amazing!! I couldn't be happier with my color, it looks natural has depth and is healthy because of the quality of products Bloom Hair Lounge uses. I think the color of my hair now is the best it has ever been and that say's a lot because I have been coloring it for 38 years.

    We reached out to try and set up an appointment. Called and they stated to send a picture to see if they could set me up with the correct stylist with my type textured hair. About a hour later we receive a very generic text response back stating that the salon would refuse service since they do not specialize with curly hair. This entire β€œspecialty” has become so ridiculous. We learn as cosmetologist to do all types of hair. Not a one size fits all due to someone’s level of β€œcomfortability”. I worked hard when I first started doing hair to learn, ask questions and grow from the mentors I worked with. I did hair for all clientele (black, white or any other ethnicity) which included all types or textures. β€œWe reserve the right to refuse service” is y'all's decision but again as I responded it is poor on your part. If you want to be a salon that just is a one hit wonder for hair services, you are limiting yourself and the growth of your business. Good luck with that as you all need education to grown and no be so closed minded

    Hannah is a very nasty person. I inquired about different hair services and appointment times and was met with an unwarranted attitude and a passive aggressive demeanor. There are lots of stylists out there, so I’d steer clear of her. Can you imagine wanting to spend lots of money for your hair and are met with this type of response, like I was inconveniencing her. Wow!
