I’m not even sure if the person is actually trained. Very odd techniques, super hard and aggressive.. it hurt and now my back is covered in a rash??? So that’s great. Wouldn’t be back again.

Was told explicitly by the owner that I needed an appointment and was told to come in at 5pm. No problem, so I sat in my car for 45 minutes until my time just to walk in and be told that a walk in had taken my place. Huge waste of time.
