Had a wobbly toilet and gave ADW a call. They gave me a quote once they looked at the issue, which was replacing the flange. Once they got the flange off, they realized there was an additional issue (i trusted them because when we had replaced the toilet a year or so earlier, we noticed the issue they raised). They replaced the flange and fixed the underlying problem that was causing the flange to be so unstable. The toilet is now stable. They went with the original quote they gave me on the replacement of the flange, even though they did some extra work. I feel that ADW walks on that water they save you from standing in. I call, they are either there the next day or a few days later. In trying to renovate my Mom's house, out of all the contractors, that were hired, ADW were the only ones that showed up when they said they would and did the job correctly. Wes and Lewis got to know the house really well. Replumbed the whole house removing galvanized pipe installed in 1959, installed a new sewer line that went across the road and behind the house across the street, installed a new faucet and dishwasher, and having to make extra trips because another contractor didn't do their job fast enough. Had these guys come out to come behind a contractor to do the job right! They were on time ,very professional, explained everything they were doing in detail and left the areas they worked in clean! Very pleased with the service! Would definitely recommend!!!Services: Drain cleaning
