Ava is a treasure. She takes the time to really listen to what hairstyle and color you want to achieve and give her expert opinion on how to realistically achieve your desired result. She took the time to do a strand test 24 hrs before my first appointment so she was familiar with my hair- something no other stylist has ever done for me. From the moment I walk in for my appointment to the moment I walk out I am greeted warmly and treated like a much-loved friend.
