They missed our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I was upset but the owner reached out to me & explained what went wrong even though I left a bad review. They were very courteous about everything and made me feel better about wanting to do work with them.
I hadn't noticed a slow leak from a plastic push-pull valve in the refrigerator water supply box. Over time, this leak caused damage to my flooring without me realizing it. My insurance company recommended Titan Restorations, and Malik, along with his boss Chris, were able to locate the leak. They did an outstanding job restoring my home to its original condition.
