Our house was rendered uninhabitable by the hurricane and we were on the repair “list” for companies advertised by Allstate. But Those companies did not give us a high priority, preferring instead the larger, nicer homes first. As we waited our housing allowance was being used up. Then we found TITAN. . They engaged, estimated and provided quality repairs quickly, professionally, and emphatically all while maintaining constant communication with our family and the Insurance company.

I have to share how very impressed I have been by the Project Manager Christian Valles! From the first day he was assigned to my stalled reconstruction of my home he was very reassuring that he would get the project going quickly and keep it going until completion. That is exactly what he did. He has much integrity revealed by he does what he says he will do and a strong work ethic shown by his perseverance toward the completion of each project.
They missed our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I was upset but the owner reached out to me & explained what went wrong even though I left a bad review. They were very courteous about everything and made me feel better about wanting to do work with them.
