I cannot say enough good things about Sport Clips and especially Stella! After a terrible experience at Great clips, my son was upset and embarrassed about his haircut—but Stella truly saved the day.
She took her time, listened carefully to what we wanted, and worked with what she had to fix a really difficult situation. Even though his hair had to be shorter than he originally wanted, the final result looked clean, well-blended, and gave him his confidence back. The difference in both the haircut and her level of care was night and day.
My son walked out feeling so much better and is actually looking forward to his next haircut, which says everything. We will absolutely be coming back to Stella from now on—I won’t trust anyone else with his hair again.

Absolutely worse experience !!! Took my son here and was so unhappy with that way she cut his hair I told her and she said it looks great. But she cut it to short and looks like a bowl cut. And I still had to pay! 100% unhappy and won’t ever return! I know cutting hair can be hard but he wasn’t asking for anything hard just wanted the sides faded !

I’ve been coming here since late last year, there used to be a guy who was the first person I got to cut my hair and he was good so I kept returning to him so I wouldn’t have to explain how my haircut is or how my beard trim is constantly to new people. After the new year I have had a different stylist every visit since the guy has not been there(Maybe moved to another store not sure) so I need to explain my haircut every time now.
As far as the actual haircut goes even with me having to explain it every time it always comes out great. The last stylist I had was great and my haircut is good my issue is not with her.
My issue is with the outrageous wait time I had on this last visit.
I always check in online before I show up that way I’m in line to minimize my wait time. When I checked in it said 35 minute wait, the time was 3:50pm. I showed and checked in on the computer at 4:00pm.
There was one person ahead of me on the board. The stylist took the person ahead of me and it said I was up next. The other stylist who was there that didn’t cut my hair finished the one she was working on walked up as someone walked through the door and checked in, this persons name was after me on the list. She took him straight in her chair this was at 4:15pm. After she finished that haircut there was another guy who had just walked in and she took him also, at this point I think the time was around 4:30PM. She finished that person and walked up to the counter and said something which I later figured out she was calling yet another person after my name. Finally the stylist who did do my hair finished the person she was working on and called another person after me the other stylist corrected her and I got my hair cut at 5:15pm and finished around 5:36pm.
I understand that the check in process is not a reservation but why would the stylist intentionally skip over someone three times should it not go by order of arrival?
My 35 minute wait which should have been 25 when I arrived turned into almost 2 hours to finishing my haircut. That took up a huge chunk of my evening.
Since the original guy who I would get to cut my hair has left I feel it’s been rotating stylists and longer and longer wait times.
I will be looking for another place to get my haircut

I called ahead of time asking if I can just walk in in 30 minutes for a haircut or if I need to get on the waiting list. I was told to just come on in. I arrived and I was told 80 minute wait
