I was greeted with a pleasant smile from the receptionist when I entered and checked in and taken back for my check up within minutes. The technician who did the various tests on my eyes was very polite and professional and made me feel at ease. Then Dr. Tiffany Brawner examined my eyes in an attempt to find out why my vision had deteriorated within the last year. Once she identified my problem she was as happy as I was and explained in detail what she had found. She made a referral to Clemson Eye to correct the problem and within an hour I was able to get that appointment scheduled two days out. Wonderful experience at Revision Optix - Simpsonville

Revision Optix is great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful & Dr Stevens takes the time to talk and explain everything to you. I always have such a positive experience each time I visit. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. You’ll be glad you did!

Overall good experience. My only feedback to improve customer satisfaction is making it easier to schedule time for visits including allowing customers to stop in during lunch breaks for picking up glasses or other materials…
