“Moving from one section to another was only a matter of a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and competent in their roles.I left there feeling that people listened to my concerns. At no time did I feel rushed. My only concern was that there were no handicapped parking spaces, making it difficult for handicapped to get in and out of building. Doors were heavy and difficult to manage. That said, it was a very pleasant experience.”
