Blake took care of me, answered all my questions. He carefully loaded the materials onto my truck and helped balance it all out loading some into the cab. The install video QR code did not work on the box, and when I reached out they gave me a good helpful video for install. The flooring I purchased was not the easiest to install, but eventually I got the hang of it. And that is no fault of the branch itself, just me needing to learn to lay flooring. Good customer service. They called me when the flooring was in and were very transparent about the time frame and it possibly taking an additional week, but it came in when I was hoping. We got a great deal online for butcher block countertop. Jonathan is the man! He helped us load everything and even took the time to inspect all the wood before we signed for the delivery.

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received! From start to finish the process was fantastic! A shout out to Stephanie at the showroom, Abraham and Marco our installers.
