They work with me in scheduling my appointments, as long as I maintain my appointments on time, and the right date. As a Sr. Citizen sometimes keeping on time and the dates correct is the challenge. It is funny but maybe it is not, my husband makes the entries in my appointments app or calendar. Two SR adult trying to keep all my therapy appointments, and regular appointments, I seem to get something wrong. It can become embarrassing but Jervey has been very supportive and I get rescheduled in just a matter of days if someone does like I do. Jervey's technicians and optometrists are very cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and are up to date with equipment and what is happening in your eyes and what it is you need. I have been going there over 5 years and, as far as it goes, they will be handling my eyecare for as long as it is needed .
