Dr Munn was great. Dr helpers were great! Call Center is 0 stars! They have an email that gets answers faster then call center! Dr was great, and even not being able to get contacts, Dr Munn went out of his way to try!Staff was great, call center could be sooo much better, but customer service in office was great! I Stopped by before trying to get a answer on phone! That worked! I was told Call center has issues, and "hopefully" will be worked out!
I would give more stars if I could! They are absolutely amazing! Dr. Munn is kind, caring, and fun! He is professional, always takes the time to listen, answer all questions, and is thorough. The staff is the same! I've been there multiple times in the past few months for dry eye and cataracts and every single time the staff has been helpful, cheerful, and so nice! You will not go wrong with Clemson Eye, Simpsonville!
Just moved to the area and so glad that a new co-worker recommended Clemson Eye. Had my first appointment with them yesterday and was impressed with how everyone was there....welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My family has a new place to go for our eye care!
