Called on the 4th of July with a warranty issue. Britton called me back the same day and set an appointment for the next morning. Britton texted me to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed one of our thermostats was not functioning. We told him we had Ecobee thermostats that we wanted to install. He offered to install them and even left a spare to replace the broken one in case of an emergency. Britton checked our system in the attic also. He educated us on our new system too. The a/c is working wonderfully! Thank you Britton!

JL came out to do a warranty repair on a new home they installed a system in. They responded quickly and fixed the problem. My only gripe is they left the attic pull-down open with attic insulation all over my 2nd floor hallway. It would have been another 5 minutes on their part and would have had a happy customer. Just seems sloppy to me.
