Giving a 1 star is rough, even for me. Went for a quick pedicure. Got early seats which was fine but not nearly enough staff actively working. Myself and another got seating and one person started with mine first.
Collagen soak wasn't a soak, it was booties and I could have purchased better ones from Target. Asked to have nails trimmed short and that did not happen. Picked a color and after it was applied I saw the cost wasn't working. At this point we had been there close to an hour, while my friends feet were still sitting in water untouched.

I am not the one to put out negative reviews, I am a business owner myself and I know how much people rely on them. However I had to regarding this salon.
It was my first and last visit. My nails were done so poorly until I had to go back the next day to get them redone. The lady that did them was not friendly at all she didn’t say one word while doing my nails over neither did she say we are sorry for your inconvenience.
First as a business owner your goal should always be to make sure that you offer superior service and quality work and if for some reason the customer is not satisfied then your goal is to give that person a welcoming experience while correcting...read full review
I will never step foot in this nail salon again. Read the reviews before going! I went in with square shaped nails and asked for them to reshape to oval and was told “no”. I honestly thought he was joking but after he started the process, I realized he was not. The only reason I stayed is because the nearest salon was closed and I needed my nails done today for an event. Also they rushed through my pedicure. Horrible experience. Do not waste your money!!!
