Charlie came out to give me an estimate within hours of contacting him. He came back the same week and stretched 4 rooms and a hallway full of wrinkles nice and smooth for us. He was very reasonable as well.
I called Charlie around 1:30 Saturday and he was at my house 30 minutes later to check out the damage my dog did to my carpet - he returned the next day and fixed it in under 30 minutes! He explained what he could do, how he’ll fix it and why it’s done the way it is. How the doorway gets a lot of traffic but with walking on the carpet it will blend in over time. Great price for even better service! Thank you Charlie!!!
I highly recommend Charlies services. He was prompt professional and most of all did great work for a good price. We had him stretch the carpet in two different areas and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
